Dear Emilio, I just wanted to put in writing what I told you by phone. I have traveled a lot, and this was one of the most wonderful trips I've ever taken. The scenery, which I'd expected to be the focus of the trip, was breathtaking. But what really made it so special were two things: the detailed planning which went into the itinerary and travel arrangements -- and the extraordinary people! At each one of the three lodges, and on the private train car, the people were exceptional -- attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable. It was truly amazing. At each place, since they only accommodate your small groups, and since the owner/manager was also our guide, it was like visiting someone's home -- someone who is an extremely gracious host. Chal at the Rio Vista, Mario at San Isidro Ranch (Porochi Inn), and Noel at the Uno Lodge, were each with us almost every waking moment we stayed with them. And the things they showed us! Chal took us to the Mayo village he comes from, Mario took us to his children's school and his father's house, Noel took us along the canyon to some incredible views, and to caves where Tarahumara people live when it's too hot in the canyon. And of course that was only a small part of what they did. In addition, we met three American ex-pats living in Mexico, and that was very interesting. The picnic/barbeque lunch by the river in Urique at Keith's self-built house was fascinating -- he's a true hippie. And Bill Walker was not just full of information on living in Mexico, places to go, and of course the trains -- he was also delighted to share it, in as much detail as we wanted. Best of all, I really appreciated Michael, who greeted us at midnight in El Fuerte, served us dinner, and told us we should think of the kitchen as ours, and just go in and get anything anytime. Both Michael and Chal treated us as their own personal guests and continued to make us feel so at home the whole time we were there! I could go on for another page. The pacing of activities was wonderful. The food was wonderful. The fact that it was all prepared with purified water, so we could eat without worrying, was wonderful. Etc. Etc. Emilio, I really admire you for putting together trips like this. It was truly outstanding.
Sincerely,

We had a fabulous trip to the Copper Canyon!! We loved the lodges and each of the people who were running them. When we were at the 2nd lodge it was during the world series. We had 2 couples who were South Siders from Chicago and were MISSING the WORLD SERIES. Well they got wind of the fact that the guys were desperate to know what was going on and managed to run a very long extension cord from one of their homes to the firepit and there they sat on the night of the 14 inning game watching the World Series . Can you imagine how great that was. We also enjoyed the Yoga and the wonderful birthday party that one of the children had while we were there. Although it was not as spectacular as either of the other lodges the love that they showed to our group was amazing.

"As you know I came to you with a very special museum group that needed to be handled with kid gloves and requested that we do some special things. Much to my delight you went beyond what I envisioned. The attention to detail was incredible especially with the remote location we were in. Not only do you have a first hand knowledge of the canyon area but also a very special and unique rapport with the native people.
Just a note to let you know how successful was our museum tour to Copper Canyon. Everyone was absolutely pleased with the arrangements, accommodations, and grand scenery. Our guide Joel was one the the best I've ever encountered, and made the trip complete.
The trip you organized for the CONFERENCE OF LATINAMERICANIST GEOGRAPHERS can only be described as a resounding success!
As I am sure you already know from Travel International, we were extremely pleased with the program that both of you provided. Bacho was wonderful, and, as you well know, a tour manager can make or break a trip! All of the Pre-tour information that you provided us with was top notch. The Maps and the Copper Canyon book were invaluable assets. The beauty of the Canyon speaks for itself.
The accommodations were excellent and the logistics and tour management were very well organized. We have been on the tours and had many excellent guides - Hector is clearly among the very best.
"Please share with Emilio that our group trip was nearly flawless (except for incidents beyond our control) and enjoyed by all without exception. I definitely want to schedule it again next year, same itinerary and length. No changes."
"I wish to congratulate you and your on site Mexico staff on a well run, comfortable, spectacular week long experience. Your staff, Chal at Rio Vista, Mario at Urique and particularly Gustavo and Lupe at Uno Lodge, all went out of their way to ensure a complete and fun visit to their respective regions and lodges. The accommodations and meals were beyond expectation and the bottomless free beer, wine and margaritas were appreciated by all.

Mr. Purnell came into the office yesterday and told me that Columbus Travel had put together the most interesting and totally informative excursion he had ever been on. He is a very well traveled client, and this type of comment from him should come as a very high compliment. Mr. Purnell especially enjoyed the itinerary you had made up for him. He said other travelers who had gone through another tour company were quite envious of him and had asked to borrow his documents.
This is to let you know how much my clients enjoyed the Copper Canyon tour. they were extremely impressed with the quality of the service of your organization. In addition, the trip itself was done with emphasis on scenery and history of the area.
The Stephens arrived back in St. Louis this past weekend with rave review of their entire trip. to say than you would be short praise for you and your staff, for the work done on this trip. I had never used your services before, but the assured they will be used the very next time the area is requested by one of my customers.
Columbus Travel is certainly a well respected name in the Copper Canyon and we were treated very very well throughout the trip. I will not hesitate to recommend Columbus to any of my clients.
I just talked to my clients or should say listened for a half an hour of how much they enjoyed the trip (they are ready to book again), and how gracious and knowledgeable all your hosts and guides were.
My clients called me today to let me know how much they enjoyed the trip and how happy they were that I recommended the Copper Canyon to them. Besides being pleased with the trip itself, they could not be more pleased with the service Columbus Travel provided for them in what they term " in the middle of nowhere." The Ebner's are experienced travelers and fully expected that somewhere along the line they would not be met at the train stations, the tours would not be available, they expected the usual traveler anxiety somewhere. But this did not occur, your representatives met them everywhere, the tours they chose to take were excellent, the tour guides went out of their way to accommodate them, they were very pleased with your services. I felt it only fair that I let you know how much they enjoyed the Copper Canyon experience, to quote:
I am writing to you to express my "thanks" on the wonderful trip you set up for Paul and Harriet. They stopped by the office yesterday and could not say enough great things about their trip. Harriet was very impressed that each hotel took into consideration her request for non-spicy food. Our agency will highly recommend your company for the Copper Canyon trip. We have tried other companies in the past and were not satisfied with them.
Occasionally in this business, we find reason to congratulate rather than complain about a wholesaler or supplier. Columbus Travel is a case in point. My clients returned at the end of July from Copper Canyon raving about the quality of service provided by your company. Attention to detail was apparently exquisite. I should add that my clients comments are especially significant as she is very demanding when it comes to her travel plans. Let me add my congratulations for a job well done.
Your arrangements were flawless, we were met right on time at every train and transferred back in plenty of time. All of the included sight-seeing was provided, in most cases without any other passengers. I was surprised to see Mexicans touring the canyons and glad to see that not too many tourists have ruined the area. Thank you for a fine job of setting up the trip and providing all the information about the area.
The Austin Friends of Folk Art wish to express our thanks for your superb travel arrangements to the Copper Canyon. Everyone had a wonderful time on this trip. We greatly appreciate all you did to accommodate our group.
Just a note to tell you how impressed we were with all the arrangements you made for our trip to Copper Canyon last week. Everything ran perfectly - we were met by the guides at each point as scheduled and everybody was very helpful at each step of the way. My wife and I had a great time.
The one person I did get to thank personally who was a real help was Gustavo. the young men doing the leg work of getting and guiding us are good choices. Mario and Chal are real credits to the places.
Our group of four "UNITED AIRLINE" couples want you to know how pleased we were with the Copper Canyon tour you arranged for us. Everything went smoothly and we were met at each stop and wonderfully looked after. All four hotels we stayed in were wonderful.
As we progressed in our trip, I found out that you personally tour the complete area twice a year. You examine each stop and each recommendation. You heavily influence the hotels, train and other agencies, and anyone who might "touch your client" in Mexico. The intensity on quality, highly honest tours made my trip easy and uncomplicated, which I appreciate very much. This trip is not for everyone! If you enjoy nature, serenity, third world comparisons, excellent food, great sleeping, and hiking then this trip is a perfect match. I spend my life in the "fast lane" therefore the pace of life, time to relax, tremendous scenery and canyons made sense to me.

We had an extraordinary holiday; thank You. Our favorite place was Uno Lodge, on this trip if not in the whole world (in spite of the road!) We were there at the time of the full moon and to see the moon rise over one edge of the canyon as the sun set over the other was unbelievable - one of many unforgettable memories. Our three hosts and their staff were warm, welcoming, considerate and efficient. We loved the accommodation and staying there afforded us a sense of solidarity with the Rar-muri. The food was great, especially at Uno. We will recommend the Copper Canyon and Canyon Travel to all our friends. Thank you again - it was wonderful.

We have nothing but positive comments to make about this trip. We have been in all 50 states and all continents including Antarctica. We concluded that our trip to Copper Canyon is now in our "Top 10" list. The accommodations were more than satisfactory. Our hosts, Chal and Mario at the Rio Vista Lodge and Cerocahui were excellent hosts. Mario gave us the option of a medium difficulty or strenuous hike into Urique Canyon. When we have traveled in larger groups, the guides usually eat alone. Both Chal and Mario dined with us on occasion. We enjoyed that because it provided an informal opportunity to learn more about the culture of their country. The drive to the Uno Lodge was one of the highlights of the trip. The torturous, slow, uneven surface just added to the adventure. We have met several people who claimed they were not all that impressed with their trip to Copper Canyon. Obviously they did not book their trip through Canyon Travel.

First, let us say that you selected some pretty fantastic places for us to stay. From the views, the different types of lodges, everything was very special. We would like to particularly tell you how much we enjoyed Mario and Julio. They both went out of their way to make everything wonderful for all of us. The family atmosphere at Mario's was so comfortable and we felt right at home. The fact that Julio knew our names within a few minutes and treated us like friends was really neat. We loved all of the hikes we did and learned so much about the Tarahumara people. That aspect of the trip was just terrific. The food was also yummy. We would especially like to vote to keep the tortilla soup at the Rio Vista and the Chile rellenos at Mario's. Coming back from a "hard day of play" we loved being welcomed by the margaritas and also really enjoyed the campfires after dinner. Thank you for everything. We have been telling all of our friends and family about you and what a wonderful trip you arrange.

It is impossible to put into words how much we enjoyed our trip to Copper Canyon last week. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our traveling companions, Lauren Nile and Barbara Tyler. The accommodations, food, hikes...everything was beyond our expectations! Special thanks go to our wonderful guides. Julio at Uno Lodge was perfect as our guide. He knew the area well, identified the cacti and birds and other natural features of the land, helped us meet and understand better the Tarahumara, and was a terrific waiter. The service at Uno Lodge was beyond excellent. I felt pampered, attended - pretty much like a member of the British royalty! The views of the canyon were awe inspiring, and our hike in the drizzling rain was just beautiful. Mario was also an excellent hiker and guide. He and his family were wonderful hosts, and we enjoyed getting to know the kids and the animals. The late afternoons of margaritas and cards in the gazebo were such fun! One highlight was the outstanding picnic by the El Fuerte River; another was Victorio's dancing. Chal gave us a great introduction to the history of the region, from the geology to the buildings and people of El Fuerte. The Rio Vista Lodge is beautiful, and I really admire Chal's work to make it even better. The highlight of Rio Vista had to be the hummingbirds. This vacation was very special for my family; we will soon be headed many different directions, and this was a chance to connect, learn together, and play. It was all that and more. One daughter befriended nearly every dog from El Fuerte to San Raphael and learned a little bit about the realities of the non-US world. My other daughter loved the people and learning about the natural history of a region of the world she had never heard of. My son loved being outdoors and listening to stories of the Tarahumara. My husband and I enjoyed time without any high tech distractions, time to talk, time to just be together in an exceptional place. I came away with much more than I ever expected. So thank you, thank you for enriching our lives and filling our hearts!
Peace,

"Some things were completely serendipitous and made the trip even more memorable. I feel your format and approach sets the stage for these 'magic moments.' It never had a 'packaged' or 'one size fits all' feel to it. All the guides had very good knowledge of birds, plants, flowers, geography and culture and patiently answered our questions, even when we kept asking the same things over and over."
"Highlights for us included: birding and climbing up to see the petroglyphs with Chal's brother in El Fuerte and the very cool hummingbirds. The drive into Urique Canyon with Mario and Tito was incredible and we got a chance to hike part of the way down with Victorio (one of the famous Tarahumara runners). Mario let us ride on the roof of the truck from Guadalupe to Urique which was a real highpoint!!! And we can't say enough great things about the Uno Lodge and specifically Gustavo and Julio. Gustavo was the perfect host for one of the neatest places on earth and Julio crafted the perfect hike for Jazz and I. The things we saw and the pictures we got were incredible. It's clear that Canyon Travel has gone to a lot of effort to put together a great trip."
"Anyone not touring with Canyon Travel will be missing some truly memorable experiences and good times."
"We found the staff attentive, very knowledgeable, not only of the area, but of the flora and fauna and the customs of the local indigenous Mayo and Tarahumara people. The entire staff was hospitable, caring and fun to be around. They seem to really enjoy their jobs. But then who wouldn't enjoy that kind of work. They did a great job in driving us around, hiking with us, taking us on a boat trip, birding with us and feeding us all that good food, wine, beer and margaritas. We got to visit places seldom seen by people outside of the area, such a deserted caves and other sites where people lived hundreds, if not thousands of years ago.
"Gustavo at Uno Lodge was a treasure of information. His science background was very obvious as he was familiar with most of the plant families and scientific names of the endemic species. Being a biologist from a different area I was able to make a real connection."
"Mario, in particular, gave us insights to the Tarahumara culture that, because they were so personal, could not have been duplicated by the most learned academics."
"The guides all had close ties to their communities and shared them with us. Especially enjoyed attending a family birthday party in Urique. We were impressed with Gustavo's concern and respect for the Tarahumara folk in their difficult and fragile lifestyle.
"I just wanted to tell you what a great time our family had with your tour. All the guides were great and able to go with the flow of the group. Noel found out it was my 13th wedding anniversary and on short notice put together a party. He and Pedro arranged a cake and even found a band to play a the party. It was great!
"Kudos to Canyon Travel for having the best guides in the most beautiful settings - we had such a wonderful time in the Copper Canyon. John and I are fortunate to travel a great deal. We want to tell you that Chal, Gustavo and Ivan are some of the finest guides we have ever had the pleasure to encounter. We were equally impressed with the support people at each lodge - Daniel, Noel, Mario, and Arturo to name a few. We were treated with courtesy and warmth that made us feel so welcomed in the canyon. It was fantastic. Speaking of fantastic, the food was TOO good and TOO plentiful. If I had any discipline, I could resist some of the wonderful offerings but that did not happen. The 'cocktail hour' with Gustavo and Ivan was a nice touch. The picnic with Ivan was SUCH a delight - we were blown away by the surprise of that event - linen tablecloth, wine, music - in the wilderness. Very classy, indeed."
"We just returned from our Copper Canyon tour and I wanted to let you know how much the six of us in our party enjoyed the arrangements you made for us. There are few adjectives to describe the experience. The canyon was beyond spectacular and the accommodations idyllic. I especially want to mention Chal at the Rio Vista Lodge, Mario at the lodge in Urique and Gustavo and Julio at the Uno Lodge. Their services were exceptional. Julio in particular was a great help to me during our 4 hour hike. We may never return to the Barrancas del Cobre but none of us will forget the friends we made and the awesome experiences we shared."
"We realized on the way home, that with the exception of the train time, we only spent a total of one hour doing touristy things. We enjoyed opportunities that few others get to experience. The guides were very gracious and knowledgeable at all the locations. The food was superb. I enjoyed the molé at the Rio Vista Lodge more than any that I have had anywhere in Mexico or the U. S. We gave the kitchen staff at the ranch a round of applause the last night that we were there. The food at the Uno Lodge was just as good. That is the most amazing place that we have ever been. So it is hard to think about the food there."
"This wasn't a vacation....this was an adventure, an experience beyond all expectations. The train trip was only a minor part of the entire trip - out of this world but there is so much else to take part in and really become part of the experience.
"We feel we have gained appreciation for the culture and lands of the Copper Canyon, thanks to the tour and your staff. We are highly recommending your tour to all with whom we share our travel experiences. The many extra touches we've mentioned, plus the large fluffy towels and robes are a special touch. Most of all, the people who so capably made this experience happen so perfectly are the most important ingredient to your continuing success. Please remember us to your wonderful staff."
"Well our Copper Canyon Family Gathering is now a memory, a series of memories. I wanted to write to tell you how pleased we all were with this experience of a life time. We thought it the perfect choice for our group - just enough guiding - lots of adventure - especially that road to Uno Lodge - great hiking to satisfy everyone's level - and delicious food. And, of course, scenery beyond compare! The birthday celebration for George was one we'll all remember all our lives. The piñata was great fun and the delicious turkey dinner served by candlelight was wonderful.
A highlight of the trip for me was our picnic in such an idyllic setting. We sat in the shade of a willow tree along a river stream and ate at a table with linens, wine, guacamole and a gourmet seafood salad. V. Han |
Finally I have a moment to sit down and write flowery words about our trip to the Copper Canyon. Actually, it was such a profound experience that I have needed time to digest all we saw, did and thought. The Uno Lodge was magical with ever changing views from its windows. We were so incredibly taken care of we wanted for nothing. During the entire trip we were educated and exposed to cultural, geological and historical aspects of this magnificent area of the world.

We saw far more of the canyon and the people than we would have on a more traditional sort of tour. When anyone asks how our trip was, we can answer with an enthusiastic "FABULOUS."

What a marvelous trip. We were not prepared to be spoiled "rotten." The guides were exceptional. We even met Gustavo's, Ivan's and Mario's families. We ran across groups from other tour providers, and never once were we disappointed when we compared them to Canyon Travel. We especially enjoyed the noon time lunches. The food was superb and service could not have been better. White linen, silver, china and wine with a picnic is not the usual fare.

I am responding to a Running Extra Advertisement of Chihuahua Pacific tours available through Columbus Travel, San Antonio. The excellent planning and assistance, all provided on the Columbus Watts. was surpassed only by the exceptional and professional tour contracts in Mexico. The rail trip on the Chihuahua Pacific defies description. I have been a rail buff and subscriber to Trains Magazine for two decades. I am a veteran of countless rail trips in several countries, but the CP is unquestionably numero uno. More importantly, the rail line welcomes rail fans, has a tour guide on each Vista Train, and cab rides were but a bribe away! The seven-thousand foot descent in 90 miles on the west slope makes even our California Zephyr route seem bland by comparison.
Our family had a GREAT Copper Canyon trip thanks to Columbus Travel,. After rail trips in Ecuador, Switzerland and Norway,, I thought Copper Canyon would be an anticlimax. Was I wrong! It's not easy to plan a family vacation when the adults are in their 50's and the children are in their 20's, but thanks to you, we had a marvelous week!
Divisadero is beautiful. Our guide Carlos, who is know by everyone from Los Mochis to Chihuahua, is excellent. Be sure to get a picture of him on the "moving rock" while on the rim-walk of the canyon. It is on the brink and he really gets it going. Also your people should ask Carlos to sing in the evening at the lodge. He does a good job both in English and Spanish. He says he is now studying French and next German. Friendly and intelligent. Be sure to buy baskets at Divisadero as they are 4 times as much in the cities for the same thing.
Our recent trip to Copper Canyon via Chihuahua-Pacific Railroad was one of the best we have ever experienced. The people on the train and at the lodge were most pleasant and anxious to help us enjoy the beautiful country of Mexico. The historical lecture on the hike to the waterfall was particularly interesting and the guide was so considerate in providing rest stops and warning us of dangerous terrain. I reckon the most thrilling part of the trip was the people we met - some from Quebec, Seattle, Nebraska, and Winnipeg. With them we were instant buddies.
Columbus Travel does have many friends in Mexico. Our Copper Canyon trip via Chihuahua Pacific Railroad was spectacular!! The lodging and staff at each destination was excellent. We can't say enough about Maria at Mansion Tarahumara. The EL Fuerte stop was a definite plus. Encourage others to stop there. We wished we could have had more time to spend. Your guide book and maps plus all the helpful tips and hints really topped the trip off. Thanks again for the personal touch.
It was beyond expectation. The scenery was overwhelming and the most beautiful we have ever seen. We really didn't know what to expect; however, I am sure we have just come back from the "trip of a lifetime".
Our trip to copper Canyon was a wonderful experience and enjoyed by all six of us. The scenery was spectacular, the lodgings and food great. Primarily though, I wish to commend Columbus Travel. The service you provided us was extraordinary. The itinerary was the most complete we have ever had. We were met at each station, our rooms were always ready and we were catered to in a very special way.
My recent trip through the Copper Canyon, planned by Columbus Travel, was delightful. As you can imagine, being almost 82 years old I had some apprehension about traveling through Mexico on a train. I found the guides very accommodating, articulate and eager to see I didn't have to lift luggage. The train trip was memorable because of the spectacular scenery and because we always stayed overnight in especially attractive lodges. The side tours available to us along the route gave us even more insight about each region we visited.
Thanks to your wonderful arrangements, I was able to have one of the most unique and enjoyable trips of my traveling experiences. The "Copper Canyon" is truly magnificent. The natives of this area are warm, kind and so very helpful. As a senior lady traveling alone, I was extremely apprehensive, however I soon realized I could have left all my worries at home. The guides who met me, and helped me depart at each destination were always prompt and a delight to meet.
We have just returned from our Copper Canyon trip, and want to thank you form your excellent arrangements of our itinerary. Everything worked out very well. We especially appreciated your detailed information. (We met some people from San Diego who were using your information in the same format, and they also were pleased with the way you had organized the material.) We are also enjoying the beautiful book on Parks of Northwest Mexico. We read it before the trip, and are enjoying it even more now that we have been there.
The trip was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone along the way was very helpful. We cannot say enough good things about Columbus Travel and the people you work with. The scenery was beautiful and breathtaking.
We hiked to a pristine waterfall, pouring thousand of gallons of clear water at least 100 feet down into a canyon. The two of us and our young guide were the only ones there; a refreshing solitude difficult to find amidst the bustle of our work-a-day lives.
The Copper Canyon trip was a memorable one for a number of reasons: scenery, people, culture, and even the food. The accommodations you set up went very well. As some of your other clients have remarked, I was impressed with the level of preparation you put into your work. We met other tourists less prepared than we. I think also that your checking on the route regularly has some effect.
Just a note to let you know satisfied we were with our Copper Canyon trip. We have done quite a bit of traveling and this has been one of our highlight trips. Everything went like clockwork. We were met every time and on time. The food was very good as was the water at each of our hotels.
If this were to be a critical review of our recent trip it would have to be very short as Gloria and I had a very enjoyable and exciting 10 days in Mexico. I confess that I was reluctant to encourage many of our friends to go with us as although the brochures and materials looked great. I know nobody that had made this trip, and I wasn't interested in losing friends. First, I must comment on the materials that were given us by Columbus Travel before we left. They left little to be desired and we found ourselves much better prepared rewarding experience.
Your choice of guides, hotels, places to stop-over, etc. were excellent. Your maps helpful hints, and general information were most informative, and added greatly to our understanding and enjoyment. In other words - we think your Columbus Travel is SUPER! And, all along everyone spoke so highly of you and your husband, and your whole operation. We add our words of praise and say thank you, or better yet, "muchisimas gracias."
Last year in October we took your tour of the Copper Canyon, and we liked it so well that my wife and I took it again this year. ( The fact that I am 81 and she is 78 seemed to astonish people that we met. ) We want you to know that you have four of the best tour guides or assistants possible - Jorge, who met us in EL Paso both years even remembered us; and Bacho, who took us on the tour in Chihuahua was an excellent narrator. In Cerocahui, Mario is the important person there. He served as an excellent host and guide both years. You could not have had a better guide in Alamos than you have in Stephanie. She is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable person, and was most solicitous about our interest and welfare.
The food and rooms were all anyone could ask. Mario was a wonderful guide. He took us to the Indian burial ground and to the rim of the canyon. Mario was very sensitive to the varying hiking abilities of the group and struck a happy medium for all of us. The friendliness of the people cannot be overstated.
We could not believe how much attention to detail was paid by your agents and your company, from being "hand carried" through the throngs of people at the train station to our seats, to finding our our reserved seats were on the best side of the train, and topping it off by being given the best rooms in
The beautiful Sierra Madre mountains and its canyons are spectacular. So many nice things happened to us on this trip that they are to numerous to mention. Only God could make such beauty as the surrounding area and then He gave us Maria with all her warmth and charm. She is a very special person in this world.
My wife and I have just returned from our Copper Canyon trip, which was a wonderful experience and far surpassed what we had anticipated. The itinerary and materials you provided were excellent ( in fact, other tours we met along the was borrowed our materials to see what was going on). Your representatives were wonderful, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. We had the bass with garlic as you suggested and it was excellent. Finally, we were amazed by the railroad engineering. Spectacular is too mild a word ( we have traveled extensively throughout Switzerland, Italy, etc. ) Everyone we met who was traveling with your Columbus service was equally impressed!
