Our refund/cancellation policy is as follows:
· 60 to 45 days prior to the scheduled start date of the tour, 50% of the fee and flight package costs will be retained, not including the deposit and any applicable airline cancellation penalties.
· 44 to 31 days prior to the scheduled start date of the tour, 75% of the fee and flight package costs will be retained, not including the deposit and any applicable airline cancellation penalties.
· 30 or fewer days prior to the scheduled start date, none of the fee or flight package costs will be refunded.
Reasonably priced Travel Insurance will cover almost all reasons for a cancellation. We encourage our clients to buy Trip Insurance the day they confirm their airfare. All invoices presented after the adventure is completed will be refunded, provided they are not for frivolities, as from time to time, some of our satellite suppliers will present bills for the unexpected. These expenses that were intended to be part of the package will be 100% refunded in a timely way.
Before your adventure, we will make contact to review the itinerary and questions. Reservations are placed and paid in advance, so it is important to stay on the itinerary. If you have questions during your journey, all of our suppliers are available to contact us. Some locations will have scattered cell signal. In the case of emergency changes to the agreed itinerary, costs may incur that Canyon Travel can help direct you to trip insurance.
